Year 1
The First year you can enjoy your brand new Air Conditioner without worry
Year 2
1st ac $179, $149 for any others.
Full Chemical Clean Service.
- Check and test each Air conditioner prior to cleaning (We don’t clean air cons that don’t work properly)
- Place protection over all floor coverings or furniture below the air conditioner unit
- Take before and after photos to send or show our clients the difference after our full chemical clean
- Remove and disconnect all plastics sounding coils and fan outlet.
- Clean and sanitise filters and front / surround plastics
- Test for loose electrical connections then cover all electrics for safety and isolate unit from electricity.
- Spray our proprietary solution to coil and fan barrel release solution to eliminate the bacteria and build-up of mould, dust hair and dead skin particles within the internal unit.
- Pressure wash the internal coil, fan barrel, drip tray, back of air duct and vents.
- Re-assemble the unit, clean up the surrounding area and provide a test operation to ensure the unit is working properly
- Spray a tried and tested anti-microbial formula onto the internal coil and filters, which prevents micro-organisms from growing for up to 12 months.
- Dry any excess moisture on or around the air con unit
- Clean remote control if required
- Our 5 Point Check of the external unit if at ground level and accessible for:
- Damaged to insulation around copper piping , electrical or ducting and advise on solutions
- Any obstructions to air flow around the coils of the external unit such as cloths, pet hair or toys
- Check for any grass or weeds growing up under or into the external unit – remove
- Check general condition of external housing, fan blades and covers for corrosion.
- Check electricals / isolator are still in good condition and safe.
